Open a PDF, drag pages into a new order, rotate or delete the ones you don't need, then download the result. You can also extract only selected pages.
What you can do
Reorder: drag a page card to a new position, or use the ◀ ▶ buttons (better on a phone). Rotate: turn a page 90° at a time. Delete: remove pages you don't want. Extract: tick pages and download only those, which also splits a PDF.
Your files stay on your device
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded to a server, so confidential documents stay private. It works offline once the page has loaded.
Tips
Thumbnails load as you scroll, so large documents open quickly. Scanned documents with sideways pages are easy to fix: select them and press Rotate.

How do I reorder pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF, drag the page thumbnails into the order you want (or use the arrow buttons), then press Download PDF.
How do I extract or split pages?
Tick the pages you want and press 'Download selected pages only'. To split into parts, extract each range in turn.
Does it change the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and file contents are not re-rendered.
