How to add the signature to your email client
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → create new → paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V) the copied signature. Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste. Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → add → paste, and untick "Always match my default message font".
Tips for a good email signature
Keep it short: name, role, one or two ways to reach you and a link. Avoid large images that slow loading or get blocked, and use a hosted https image URL for your photo because some email clients will not display images that are attached inline.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add a photo to my email signature?
Host the image somewhere with a public https link (your website or an image host) and paste that URL into the photo field. Attached or local images often do not display for recipients.
Will this signature work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. It uses simple table-based HTML with inline styles, which is the most compatible format across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and mobile clients.
Is my information stored anywhere?
No. The signature is generated in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
