CSS, JS & HTML Minifier

Paste code, choose the language and minify it. The tool strips comments and unneeded whitespace and shows how much smaller the output is.

What gets removed

Comments, line breaks and redundant whitespace. CSS also drops the last semicolon in each rule. JavaScript minification here is conservative (no variable renaming), so the output behaves exactly like the input.

When to use a build tool instead

For production bundles use a bundler such as Vite or esbuild, which also rename variables and remove dead code. This tool is for quick snippets, inline styles and email templates.

Frequently asked questions

Will minifying break my code?

CSS and HTML minification is safe in normal cases. The JavaScript minifier only strips comments and whitespace, but code that relies on automatic semicolon insertion should be checked after minifying.

Is my code uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser.

Why is JavaScript savings smaller than other minifiers?

Advanced minifiers rename variables and restructure code. This tool deliberately does not, to stay safe.
